- Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings for tours/packages/safari are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit/full payment.
- A valid ID proof (Passport, Aadhaar, PAN card, etc.) must be provided at the time of booking for every visitor.
- Confirmation details such as safari timing, accommodation, and transportation will be shared via email or SMS after finalization of booking.
- Payment Terms
- An advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of the total must be paid before tour starts.
- All payments should be made through bank transfer, credit card, or other acceptable modes.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
- Safari Rules and Regulations
- All visitors must adhere to the rules and guidelines of Jim Corbett National Park, including but not limited to:
- No feeding or disturbing wildlife.
- No littering inside the park.
- No loud noises or disruptive behavior.
- The safari is conducted under the supervision of park-approved guides and drivers. Visitors must follow their instructions at all times for their safety and the safety of the wildlife.
- Visitor Responsibilities
- Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. Corbett Ghumo is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
- Visitors must ensure they are physically fit for the activities they choose to participate in (e.g., jungle safari, trekking, etc.).
- It is the visitor’s responsibility to carry any necessary medications and inform the travel agent of any pre-existing medical conditions.
- Liability
- Corbett Visit acts only as an agent for the park authorities and service providers (including accommodation, transportation, and safari guides). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularities that may occur during the trip.
- In the event of any natural calamities, accidents, or wildlife encounters that lead to an emergency, we will assist in arranging necessary support, but the visitor is responsible for any costs incurred.
- Travel Insurance
- We highly recommend that all visitors obtain personal travel insurance before their visit to Jim Corbett National Park. Corbett Visit is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or emergencies that occur during the trip.
- Force Majeure
- Corbett Visit shall not be liable for any cancellations, delays, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
- Jurisdiction
- All disputes related to the Jim Corbett National Park tour and services provided by Corbett Visit shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
