REFUND AND CANCELLATION

At Corbett Visit, we prioritize fairness and transparency while maintaining high-quality services. Please review our cancellation and refund terms before booking.

1. Cancellation charges

• 30 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• 15 to 29 Days Prior: 40% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• 7 to 14 Days Prior: 30% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• 2 to 6 Days Prior: 20% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• Less than 48 Hours or No-Show: No refund will be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services like jeep safari,canter  safari and forest rest house are non-refundable

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

4. Changes to the Itinerary

• Requests for itinerary changes (e.g., dates, accommodations, activities) must be made at least 14 days prior to the tour start date.
• Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. No-Shows

No refund will be provided if a traveler fails to show up or join the tour at the scheduled departure point.

6. Special Circumstances

In extraordinary situations (e.g., medical emergencies, family bereavement), partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
